WHERE ARE THE SCORE CARD’S???

Van Meador, Jr.’s group only one to turn in score card that was correctly dated, signed and attest. First initial and last name and legible. Durel, Jr. and Charlie A. match play card correct. Duke and Dave W. not dated, signed or attest. I was sent a picture of closest to the hole. Where is the score card? Did you only play one hole? Member’s are turning in score card’s unsigned, not dated or incorrect date. I don’t want a picture of a score card, I want the actual score card. It’s not hard to do. After your round, if I am there you can hand me your correctly filled in score card. First initial,

last name or first name, last initial is okay, dated, signed and attest. Also, please write score legibly.  If I am not there all you have to do is walk or drive  across the street park by the front door walk into the ticket office and put your score card in the City Park Golf Club score card box located behind the ticket counter. Not difficult at all. All score card’s are to be turned in, including match play, the day you play, not the day after because I go to the park Saturday afternoon when I don’t play to pick up the card’s. That way I can keep the handicap sheet up to date, if I don’t receive all score card’s at the same time it cause’s me extra trip’s to the park and extra work.

It would be much, much, much appreciated if member’s would do this for me. Thank’s, Robert.

P.S. If you have a score card from 5/11 please send me a copy to my phone (504-242-0241) or to my email address above. Keep score card and give it to me next time we meet. Again, Thank’s, Robert.
